For the past 11 years, TBB has had the privilege of connecting marginalized and under-served youth to new opportunities through positive mentorship, woodworking, wooden boat building, and on-water experiences. By matching justice-involved and other young people facing adversity with caring, positive adults, they engage in a learning-by-doing process that builds mutual reliance, self-esteem, and efficacy. Through this, youth can experience setting and achieving their goals.

The Bridging Horizons event is integral to raising funds that support our programs & operations, directly impacting the lives of youth in our local Pierce County and Unincorporated Pierce County Community. The silent auction is a large part of the event's fundraising efforts, largely in partnership with our amazing network of donors and supporters throughout the Pacific Northwest.
